How do I add a quiz to my presentation?

Remember that Quizzes are considered slides, so adding them to your presentation is the same concept as adding new slides.

 

To add a quiz in the Record authoring screen, click on the + sign at the top of the thumbnails and select Add Quiz. 

 

To add a quiz from the Match workflow, click Select Slides. The quiz will automatically go to the bottom, so click and drag it into place. It will have 1 second of pre-recorded blank audio, so there is no need to pair it with any media. 

 

 

 

 

TIPS:

1. Create your quiz FIRST, then add to your presentation.

2. Quizzes will automatically pause your video and your slides and will not continue until the user hits Submit.

3. Each section of your quiz is considered a separate slide in your presentation. So 1 section = 1 slide; 2 sections = 2 slides; You can have as many questions per section as you'd like - the viewer will only see one question at a time until the end of the section. 

4. In Record & Match, quizzes automatically have 1 second of blank audio added, removing the need to record or pair anything

5. If outside an LMS, you will need to add a Guestbook to track individual results.

7. Certificates must be created as an editable pdf. Request a certificate by emailing a powerpoint slide to support@knowledgevision.com and we will create one for you.
