How do I edit/change the payment or credit card information on my Knovio account?

If you want to use a different credit card, or update the expiration date or other information on your Knovio account, you can do so from within the Account Settings menu in Knovio.

Do the following steps:

1. Make sure you're signed into Knovio.

2. Choose "Account" from the menu bar, and then choose "Settings"->"Account Details. In this section, you will also be able to view which type of account you have. For example: Knovio Free, Knovio Pro, Knovio Pro with KnowledgeChecks, etc.

3. Click on the "Update Payment Information" link.

4. Enter the updated payment information.

Your next billing will be made to the updated credit card.
