What is the difference between a Super Administrator and an Administrator?

Modified on Tue, 28 Jan at 2:12 PM

A super administrator can add/remove users, add/remove subaccounts, create system tags, configure account level domain or ip restrictions. It is the top level of the entire account. Super Administrators can see reporting on every presentation across the master and subaccounts, as well as all the users across the account.

An administrator is the top level of a subaccount and can add/remove users only for that subaccount. They can run reports on their subaccount and the users in the subaccount.
