How do I delete my account?

If you have a paid Knovio plan you can choose to downgrade to free and still be able to use the product in limited capacity. 

If you no longer have use for Knovio you can archive your published presentations and any of the assets you uploaded.  Archived presentations are no longer visible to any viewers but you have the ability to restore them later on should you change your mind.

Once an account has been permanently closed, it cannot be restored.

* Your account will no longer exist in the Knovio system and you will no longer be able to login.
* If your account is linked to a paid subscription, the subscription will be canceled.
* All identifiable information linked to your account will be deleted or anonymized.
* All users in your account will be removed from the system.
* All published content will become inaccessible to viewers.
* All content and uploaded data in your account will be flagged for permanent deletion.

Additionally, we will instruct our vendor data processors to delete any of your personal data that may be stored in their systems.

We will send a confirmation request to the email address you provide below to validate your ownership of the account.
